RMC SnapAdmin Features

SnapAdmin tools are included with every commission compliant website that RMC builds. With RMC there are NO extra charges. All costs for the site building, email set up and maintenance, website updates, news release postings, fact sheets, power points, SnapAdmin IR tools, etc. are all included for the full contract period at a fixed predetermined cost.

SnapShot: Provides the ability to download, print or email, with verification, any pages or pages of the website in a branded fashion, with logo and contact information, at the click of a button. This feature can be utilized by site visitors as well as internal or third party Investor Relations personnel directly via the Company website to ensure that I.R. and communications materials are consistent and the most up to date information which the Company has chosen to use.

SnapStats: These statistics are auto updated constantly so that every day you have new detailed web statistics. RMC includes, in addition to standard site statistics, features such as specific IP addresses, country of origin and the tracking of visitors via the links they travelled through.

SnapWebMail: This password protected access to email via the Company website is in addition to POP3 [Outlook] email. No need to use other non branded web emails like gmail, hotmail or yahoo. Leave a copy of your email on the dedicated server so you have a copy of all email correspondence via webmail when travelling. Unlimited account size and the number of email accounts allowed is all included with every annualized package.

SnapMail: This auto opt in / opt out email communications tool that allows Client’s to collect user data through a subscription form on their website and then send targeted , qualified mass emails to subscribers. Clients can create special sub-groups of subscribers based on common information such as country, city, postal code, investor type or interest. The form on the Client website can be fully customized so that the Company only gathers the information it requires. All mailings are archived for future reference so you can be sure of meeting any corporate governance requirements. SnapMail is capable of sending up to 18,000 outbound html / plain text combo messages per hour in a non BCC format and is free to all RMC annualized full service contract Clients. SnapMail is ISO and AOL approved as a non spamming approved public corporation mass emailing system.

Snap Transfer: Designed by RMC programmers SnapTransfer ensures that Company employees not familiar with the inner workings of file transfer protocol [ftp] can upload and download large sensitive files in a secure, password protected, ergonomically friendly, “layman’s” environment. Each session allows the user to upload 600+MB with larger capacity available upon request. Multiple user areas and varying degrees of information access further enhance security and ease of use.

SnapNews: RMC integrates the Clients website with the news feed from Marketwire so that all RMC Clients using SnapAdmin features have their news releases auto posted to their website in real time the moment the release hits the wire. Instantaneously with no delays what-so-ever every time. Set-up and 12 months of service is included with all regular priced contracts at no additional charge.

SnapChat is a website integrated, real time, secure, password protected, text messaging tool that allows your IR team to communicate directly with qualified and confirmed shareholders, media and brokerage professionals on a one on one basis. The communications window is branded with your Company’s identity, all conversations are individual and only “real identity” qualified users can participate. Investment queries from PDA’s, BlackBerry’s, etc. can be replied to in real time. SnapChat allows Clients to set their own hours of operation. SnapChat will be available in 2008 for RMC clients subscribing to the full set of SnapAdmin services.
